Characterizing bipartite distance-regularized graphs with vertices of eccentricity 4
The characterization of bipartite distance-regularized graphs, where some
vertices have eccentricity less than four, in terms of the incidence structures
of which they are incidence graphs, is known. In this paper we prove that there
is a one-to-one correspondence between the incidence graphs of quasi-symmetric

The present paper puts forward the result of a study aimed at analysing teachers’ attitudes towards the use and integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the classroom, as well as identifying the factors that favour ICT based good educational practices. This is a multiple case study developed in two public compulsory-secondaryeducation centres in Seville (Spain). The following criterion was born in mind for case selection: both centres focus on guidance for inclusive education and their good practices have been certified by the Andalusian Educational Authority. The techniques for information collection include a questionnaire and a discussion group. Results point out that, on one hand, teachers generally have positive attitudes towards ICT, particularly male teachers and those more usually in contact with these technologies. On the other hand, counting with enough materials and resources, giving importance to constructivism, adapting activities and exercises to the students’ features, and stimulating their learning autonomy and collaborative work –as well as the promotion of inclusive policies and cultures in educational centres– are proven important factors to develop ICT based good educational practices.

The intellectual property law. A law in discord
Abstrac: On June 22, the Plenary of the Congress of Deputies approved by a large majority the reform of the Intellectual Property Law (LPI), which in its new wording expands the canon in compensation for private copying from analog to digital, redefines the concept of this and makes it illegal to program, distribute and use software intended to bypass anti-copy systems. In this way, two sectors of unquestionable economic relevance, the technological and the cultural industry, have faced each other, while the vast majority of citizens remained indifferent to a battle that is still being fought. Let's go back to the beginning, or better, further back. Spanish legislation, following the French model, contemplates the right to private copying of cultural work, a permitted exception in order to promote its dissemination and access to it.

Distance-regular graphs with classical parameters that support a uniform structure: case
Let denote a finite, simple, connected, and
undirected non-bipartite graph with vertex set and edge set .
Fix a vertex , and define , where denotes the path-length
distance in . Observe that the graph is
bipartite. We say that supports a uniform structure with respect to
whenever has a uniform structure with respect to in the
sense of Miklavi\v{c} and Terwilliger \cite{MikTer}.
Assume that is a distance-regular graph with classical parameters
and diameter . Recall that is an integer such
that . The purpose of this paper is to study when
supports a uniform structure with respect to . We studied the case
in \cite{FMMM}, and so in this paper we assume . Let denote
the Terwilliger algebra of with respect to . Under an additional
assumption that every irreducible -module with endpoint is thin, we show
that if supports a uniform structure with respect to , then either

Recommendations and guidelines for applied nutrition experiments in rabbits
[EN] The aim of this paper was to draw up a set of recommendations for applied nutrition and feeding trials with rabbits, in relation to certain aspects such as determining the nutritive value of raw materials or diets in growing or reproducing animals, studying digestive physiology and obtaining growth and reproduction parameters. We deal first with animals, size of the sample, housing conditions, diets, handling, measurements, and the data analyses relevant to the design of the experiment are described. Secondly, we give a list of recommended items and include some comments. This study was partly supported by the EUROPEAN COMMISSION (ERAFE program and the COST 848 Action).Fernández-Carmona, J.; Blas, E.; Pascual Amorós, JJ.; Maertens, L.; Gidenne, T.; Xiccato, G.; García, J.
